If you do not like using your credit card online and would prefer to send a check, you may send us an email at sales@MollysJewelryBox.com with the items you would like to order and the way you would like us to ship it. We will create an order form and send it back to you with the total including tax and shipping. You will need to print and include this order form with your payment and send it to us. Fraud:
Don't waste your time trying to make a fraudulent purchase. We spend a lot of time checking each and every order for validity. Currently, we only accept orders within the USA.
All IP addresses are logged and credit card details are checked thoroughly. If you are found to be making a fraudulent purchase with a stolen credit card, the proper authorities in your County, Town, State or Country will be notified, as well as the FBI Fraud unit.
Due to the high amount of fraud, if your Computer's IP address does not match with your Billing Address you have provided, your order will be ignored. If you have a valid reason as to why your IP address does not match your billing address, please let us know.
Catalog:
We do not have a paper catalog. Feel free to print out the catalog pages from the site.

Prices posted on the website are based on current market values and subject to change without notice according to fashion or trend.
Payments:
Make all payments payable to “Molly’s Jewelry Box”.
Personal/business checks, Money Orders, and Cashiers checks are accepted as well as Master Card, VISA, Discover, and American Express through Paypal and Google Checkout.
Funds must clear prior to shipment. There will be a $25.00 charge added on all returned checks.
If mailing payment with order, your order must be printed in full and accompany payment.

Shipping:
Most orders are filled within 1 to 3 working business days (assuming all materials are in stock). If a component needs to be ordered (such as a crystal color or stone, etc.), we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date before processing your order. In this case, you will be given the option to cancel your order at that time.
Although we normally can get a custom order completed in 3-7 business days, please allow 10 business days for custom orders.
If there is a due date, please let me know when placing the order.
Returns, Refund and Exchange policy:
We strongly suggest purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages or damaged goods once they leave our site. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in processing a claim.
In efforts to keep our costs minimal and to provide our customers with the best possible service and products, we are unable to issue credit/debit or cash refunds. However, we will accept exchanges. We must receive an email letting us know there is a problem. The item must be in original "as new" condition. Customers who wish to exchange an item will only be allowed to exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. There is a 7 day return period from date of receipt of item.
Processing fees are not able to be applied towards exchange amounts as they are unrecoverable. The exchange is inclusive of the actual purchase price of the item only.

Custom Orders:
Custom jewelry is begun upon receipt of payment, and a non-refundable 50% materials deposit is required. All custom orders sales are final.
NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders. No exceptions. We love doing custom work, but custom orders require much time in back and forth communication, and usually require twice as much labor as items that are posted on the site.
Customers who change the original design more than 2 times are assessed a 20% custom order surcharge.
Privacy:
We respect and value the relationship between you and our company, and we hate junk email as much as the next guy, so we promise to never sell, rent or voluntarily disclose the information provided to us. We will only use information collected to contact you about orders that have been submitted and specials provided by our company. And we will always immediately honor any unsubscribe requests.
